FedEx and DHL shipping management

Keep canvas package details, carrier quotes, shipping labels and delivery status with the order. Nino Canvas brings the information needed after production into one workspace.

Start with package and address details

A carrier quote depends on the delivery address, package dimensions and weight. For a multi-item order, confirm which item is in each package. Incorrect package or address details can affect the rate and delivery.

Review available carrier services

For eligible shipments, review available FedEx and DHL quotes in the workspace. Services and rates depend on the destination, package details and the carrier response for that shipment. Availability varies by country and package size.

Keep the label and tracking number with the order

Once a label is created, access it from the relevant order. Having the carrier and tracking number beside the order reduces the need to search for the same shipment in different places. Follow pickup, transit and delivery status in the shipping workspace.

Compare shipping with production costs

Review production charges, recorded shipping charges and order value together. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees; follow the current shipment status.

Does creating a label automatically update Etsy?

Creating a label in the workspace does not, by itself, mean Etsy has received a shipment notification. Once the extension on your store’s computer is on a version that supports automatic entry, the switch “Enter Tracking Numbers on Etsy Automatically” appears in store settings; if you turn it on, the tracking number is entered on Etsy by itself once the carrier picks up the parcel. Without the switch, or with it off, you enter the tracking number on Etsy yourself.

What if production is not complete?

Follow the order in production tracking. See Etsy order management for the store connection, and use the canvas packing checklist before dispatch.
