Canvas production tracking

Keep print files, dimensions, frame choices and production notes with the same order. Nino Canvas gives sellers and producers a shared record for canvas production.

Before sending an order to production

Check each item separately: is the print file correct, what are the dimensions, and is the canvas rolled, stretched or framed? Recording these details with the order reduces the need to gather information from separate messages.

  • Review the print file and product preview together.
  • Confirm size, orientation and frame choice.
  • Add any production instructions to the order note.
  • Keep the items in multi-item orders together.

Sellers and producers follow the same order

When an order is ready for production, the assigned producer can follow it in their own workspace. The seller can see the current order status and notes. Order-linked conversations retain the context of the item being discussed.

Review production and shipping costs together

Review production charges, recorded shipping charges and order value together. Estimated profit uses the values recorded in the workspace; additional or subsequently changed expenses need to be considered separately.

What happens after production?

Once the artwork is ready, confirm package contents and dimensions before using FedEx or DHL shipping tools. Use Etsy order management to bring shop orders into the workspace.

Are production charges included in the subscription?

Subscription fees cover platform access. Printing, production and shipping are charged separately according to the product and shipment details.

Prepare the right file

Use the canvas print file checklist and pixel calculator to check the physical size, crop and wrap allowance before handing the order to your producer.
