1. About us

Nino Canvas is an independent canvas wall art studio. All sales are conducted through our official Etsy shop, and Etsy's Terms of Use also apply to your purchase.

2. Products

All canvas pieces are made to order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the final printed product. We do our best to ensure accurate product photography.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are placed and paid through Etsy. Once payment is confirmed, we begin production within 24 hours. Order modifications must be requested within 6 hours of placement.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, and content on this website are owned by Nino Canvas or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
