About Nino Canvas
Nino Canvas (ninocanvas.com and the Nino Canvas mobile apps) is an order, production and shipping management service for online sellers. Sellers connect their own stores (such as Etsy), send their buyers' orders to independent production workshops to be printed as canvas and wall art, and manage shipping, order messages and listing drafts in one place. These terms apply to everyone who creates a Nino Canvas account.
Accounts
Any online seller can create an account at ninocanvas.com/signup. Sign-up is free and requires a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for all activity in your account. You may only connect stores that you own or are authorized to manage. You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to info@ninocanvas.com; data we must keep by law is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected stores and your data
When you connect a store, you authorize Nino Canvas to access its orders, listings and the buyer details needed to produce and ship those orders, only to provide the service. We process this data as described in our Privacy Policy. The terms of the marketplaces you sell on (for example Etsy's Terms of Use) continue to apply to your store and your sales.
Production and shipping
Orders you send to production are made to order by independent production workshops. Production fees are paid by bank transfer to the workshop shown for the order. Shipping labels you buy through Nino Canvas are charged to your account and settled by bank transfer. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products. You are responsible for the accuracy of order details and shipping addresses.
Paid plans
Some features of the Nino Canvas web platform are available under optional paid plans, which are purchased and managed only on ninocanvas.com. Plan terms, prices and trial periods are shown on the website before purchase.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the artwork, images and listing content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and grant Nino Canvas a limited license to store, process and reproduce them only to provide the service (for example print files, mockups and listing images). The Nino Canvas software, design and brand belong to Nino Canvas.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nino Canvas to infringe others' rights, to upload unlawful content, or to interfere with the service or other users' accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nino Canvas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by marketplaces, carriers or payment providers. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid to Nino Canvas for the affected service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest update on this page; continuing to use Nino Canvas after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
