Nino Etsy Operasyon — Extension Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Nino Etsy Operasyon is a browser extension for Etsy sellers who use Nino Canvas (ninocanvas.com) to manage their own shop's orders and production. It works only on the seller's own Etsy Shop Manager pages and only for the Nino Canvas account the seller connects.

1. Data the extension accesses

• Order information on the seller's Etsy Orders & Shipping page: receipt numbers, shipping addresses of the seller's own orders, and the shipment status needed to show order badges and to enter tracking numbers.
• Buyer conversations of the seller's own shop (message text and attachments) so the seller can read and answer them in Nino Canvas.
• Sales and discount information of the seller's own shop (sale names, rates, start and end times) to create and verify the daily shop sale the seller configured.
• Nino Canvas session: on ninocanvas.com the extension reads the seller's signed-in session only to obtain a connection key for that same account.

2. How the data is used and where it is sent

The data above is sent only to the seller's own Nino Canvas account at ninocanvas.com over HTTPS, and only to provide the features the seller turned on: order badges, address import, tracking entry, buyer messages and the daily sale. Requests to Etsy are made from the seller's own signed-in browser to the seller's own shop. The extension does not run code downloaded from a server; server responses contain data only.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use the data for advertising, credit decisions or any purpose unrelated to the features above.
• We do not collect browsing history; the extension runs only on etsy.com Shop Manager pages and ninocanvas.com.

4. Data stored in the browser

The extension stores its settings (for example the daily sale rate), the connection key and a short operation log in the browser's extension storage. The log keeps at most 48 hours of entries and contains no buyer names, addresses or e-mail addresses; tracking numbers appear only as their last four digits.

5. Retention and your rights

Data sent to Nino Canvas is handled under the Nino Canvas Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the extension at any time by removing it from the browser or signing out of Nino Canvas, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data.
